My research focuses on the early history of the solar system and differentiation of planetary bodies using high precision isotopic measurements of meteorites and terrestrial rocks. I apply a variety of isotopic systems both stable (e.g. δ30Si) and radiogenic (e.g. Rb-Sr, Sm-Nd, Lu-Hf, Re-Os) to problems such as the nature of the material that accreted to form the Earth, the formation of the Moon, metal-silicate differentiation and chemical evolution of mantle lithosphere.
